bE Salon started as a dream and ended up a reality. When Erin opened bE Salon over 8 years ago she had two things in mind, become the best salon with the best stylists in the North Valley/Cave Creek and give back to the community that supported the salons success. In her eyes and the voice of the community she has achieved both. bE Salon was founded on these values, treat customers like family, know your strength and weakness in your craft and always strive to do better, communication with clients is key, and if you think you know it all, you know nothing.
