ABOUT THE SHOP East Africa Hair Braiding is a non-chemical Cosmetology hair shop. That means we do not put chemicals in the hair; we only braid clean normal hair. CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITIES 1. PAIN: Hair braiding is a painful procedure. EAHB staff will advise customers of the severity of pain they may endure during and after braiding. If a customer agrees and wants their hair done, EAHB is not accountable for any pain thereafter. 2. DAMAGED HAIR: We are not responsible for hair that is chemically damaged somewhere else. If hair appeared to be damaged and the customer agrees to move forward with our service, we are not accountable for any pain or damage. 3. FIXING HAIR. We charge full price to fix the hair that is done somewhere
