Highlight & Shadow is a boutique salon that emerged out of the pandemic and planted roots in the heart of Midtown Sacramento. The stylists here came from a large salon and decided that their safety and the safety of their guests was going to be the main focus. Their suite style salon allowed them to create a space that was uniquely theirs, as well as keep the traffic in and out of the business down during this time of Covid-19 uncertainty. In their new home they continue to focus on their passion for hair color & balayage. The salon can also take care of any of your other hair needs including bridal hair and makeup consultations, Brazilian Blowouts, hair extensions, & hair cutting techniques from Bumble + Bumble university in New York.
