Owned by the award-winning hairstylist and colorist, Katy McClure, KT Colors Salon is a full-service private studio located in Truckee, California. With over 22 years of experience, including an apprenticeship at Lather Salon in Santa Cruz, she is able to execute just about any idea a client has in mind. Voted Best of Tahoe in 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2021, Katy is widely recognized for her work as a colorist with extensive knowledge of the technicalities of hair color, depth, and tone, and works with a range of techniques including permanent, semi-permanent and highlighting.
