Lovelylocs was founded in 2000 by Linita Butler, a natural hair care specialist. Lovelylocs began as a home-based hair business, providing women and men with personalized hair care. Linita, a divorced mother of two, struggled to maintain a lifestyle that she and her children were accustomed to. After years of performing various hair services and referring clients to products created by others, some of her clients encouraged her to create her own line of natural products. In 2013 Lovelylocs Natural Hair Care Products was launched. This was a dream come true for Linita. Her goal is to educate, inform, and enlighten people about the benefits of natural ingredients, and overall healthy lifestyles. Her motto: “Celebrate Your Natural Beauty."
