We offer personalized color that ranges from subtle to traffic stopping, and corrective color for those kitchen beauticians out there. Our stylists travel the country to learn the newest cutting techniques to help you achieve a style that fits you and your personal hair needs. We opened our doors in 2001, and have been making the Bay Area a more beautiful place ever since. Salon Cartier was voted the Best Hair Salon in Contra Costa County, was the recipient of the Diablo Magazine Best of the East Bay Award, and was featured in Elle, Harper's Bazaar, and In Style Magazines!
