There is a 10 minute grace period at which you will need to call or text stating that you are running late. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. If you may have questions feel free to reach out. If you schedule a Braiding or Loc Service a $40 deposit is required via Cash or Cashapp before appointment will be approved. Due to COVID, MASK ARE RECOMMENDED TO BE WORN during all services. NO EXTRA PERSONS MAY BE WITH YOU DURING YOUR SERVICE.
