Lisha Lou is a dedicated natural hair care educator, trichologist, and braid/microlock expert specializing in African American hair. Passionate about fostering confidence through proper hair care, she works with families of diverse backgrounds, equipping them with the tools and resources needed to nurture their children's self-esteem and celebrate their natural hair. Through her Non-profit, Knot Your Average Academy, Lisha Lou leads impactful programs for diverse groups, including women in Polk County Jail, children in the community, and foster/adoptive families. Known proudly as “Knot Your Average Braider,” Lisha Lou is committed to exceptional hair care and looks forward to serving you and helping you embrace your hairs beauty.
