Talo Hair Studio is a salon suite space owned by Roberto Torres. A traveling hairstylist, haircut educator and book author, based in Brandon/Tampa, Florida. Who also works in Los Angeles, California and Bayamón, Puerto Rico. Roberto trains other hairdressers in the art of cutting. He finds passion in customizing the haircut of your dreams and providing an experience that transcends hair. He’s also a hair-coloring expert with over 20 years of experience. Roberto will work meticulously to create the best hair color for you. Roberto is passionate about personal development and connecting with people by creating an atmosphere where his clients feel loved. Talo is suite number 23, located inside of Salons By JC.
