Serving clients in both Florida and Rhode Island, she specializes in color, corrective color, and hair extensions. With extensive education and countless certifications behind her belt, she is always continuing her education to provide her clients with the best and most up-to-date services to keep their hair looking healthy and beautiful. Victoria created The So Flo Blonde Studio to provide her clients with the luxury of having a relaxing and personalized experience, in the comfort of a private studio, removing the chaos of a traditional hair salon, while also providing ultimate privacy to her clients, especially those who have special needs.
