Bloom is the outcome of two sisters following their dreams. Chelsey Wilkes and Jana Tillman had a vision to open a salon that radiates relaxation, creativity and positivity. The sisters created a business plan, found a quaint little location and began plowing through the process to make their dream come true. The salon doors opened for business in May of 2011. When clients come to an appointment at Bloom, they know that heart and soul has been poured into this business. The sisters, along with the other well-educated stylists, value each individual client.
