Hello! I’m Kelsey Smart. After 9 years of working as a hairdresser in downtown New York City, I’ve come home to Cedar Rapids. I’m excited to offer a personalized, upscale, semi-private, by-appointment-only experience for my clients in Eastern Iowa! I specialize in natural-looking highlights and creating balance with hair color, by using multiple techniques and tones. I love helping my clients transition out of high-maintenance single process looks in order to embrace and enhance their natural color, even the grays.
