Booking and Appointment Policies • Deposits: Your deposit will be applied to your appointment total. • Squeeze-Ins: $50 fee. Same Day Booking: $75 fee. • Payment Methods: Accepted forms of payment are Cash and Zelle. • Client Preparation: All clients must arrive with hair fully washed and blow-dried. • Guests: No extra guests are permitted during appointments. • Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • No Call, No Show Policy: No-shows without prior notice are not acceptable and will result in forfeiture of your deposit. • New Wigs: New wigs must be dropped off at least 2 days prior to the appointment between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
