Master Cuts Avoid Olga “Olga washed, cut, and dried my hair. But really it was more like she abused and mistreated it. She was very rude, rushing to get me done and out of there, and was more concerned about texting on her phone right in front of me rather than paying attention to a client. While she was cutting my layers, she was flinging my wet hair so hard down in my face it was slapping me with every section she cut. She didn't even cut my layers properly - it looked like I had no layers but tons of split ends instead just from the way she did it. \n\nI complained to Vicky the manager, who ended up having to cut my hair even shorter to fix Olga's trainwreck-botched haircut. Vicky was good and didn't charge me for the horrendous experience I had, but please if you ever go there, make sure you do not have Olga at all costs. Worst haircut experience of my life.”
