Specializing in dimensional, vivid, and low maintenance color, and versatile cutting from short to long, textured to precision, straight to curly! Our mission statement: Fringe Baltimore is more than a salon. We believe that everyone deserves to feel beautiful and acknowledge that hair care is self care and self care is vital. We are committed to education, inclusivity, teamwork, and kindness.
