Cancellation Policy We require a 48-hour notice of cancellation. Cancellations not adhering to the 48-hour policy are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No call/no-show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Appointment modifications must be confirmed 48 hours before your visit. If the appointment has not been confirmed through the client, On The RUNNN LLC May then be subject to canceling the unconfirmed appointment. If you are at least 20 minutes late for your appointment, your haircare provider will have to cancel your appointment due to other appointment obligations. The client would be responsible for a late/rescheduling fee, amounting to 25% of the scheduled service total.
