J Sims Hair Design is located at Hair by Ellie and Company Salon. Julie recently moved to Alpena from Denver, Colorado. In Denver she had the opportunity to train with the top stylist in the world. She is certified in different curl, haircut, color and hair extension techniques. Julie is also an educator for Davines and Curly Hair. She is looking forward to being a part of the Alpena community by creating beautiful and sustainable looks for the people of Northern Michigan, nationally and internationally.
