A Cutting Edge salon and Spa is located at 1338 route 96 in Phelps, Ny. We are a full service salon and spa that takes pride in our upscale look of the city but personal touch of a small town. We have 4 talented stylists to fit everyones needs, an experienced nail technican, multiple waxing specialists, an amazing masage therapist and facial and lash technician. The salon is open tuesday thru Thursday from 9am til 7pm, Fridays til 4pm and saturdays til 1pm. All of our design team attends training seminars regularly in order to ensure our clients are always receiving the most upto date trends and styles.We encourage you to try all of our designers to find your perfect fit.
