We operates on a 24-hours cancellation and rescheduling policy. Clients who reschedule or cancel inside a 24 hour window will be charged the FULL service fee. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late of their appointment time will be late canceled and charged the FULL service fee. Gratuities are cash only. (Do not accept Venmo) We greatly appreciate it.
