  “Mary Lynn, the owner of this hair salon, is extremely experienced with all types of hair. She has been cutting hair long enough to have also cut my mom's hair when she was young, but she also lives in a college neighborhood, so she keeps current with new styles and cuts as well. I have had a few haircuts from other places, but I always regretted it and ended up having to go see Mary Lynn at the Mane Event so that she could fix those botched haircuts. This is the best place in Springfield for a haircut, hands down. ”

  “I went to this business to have my hair done. I wanted to have a dark brown color. I noticed when they were applying the first coating to my hair that my hair stylist appeared to have no idea what she was doing. When they finished my hair job, I did not have them dry it because I was late for work. They charged me 120 dollars. I went to work where a lot of my co-workers made comments on it. They said it looked really awful. Eventually my hair turned orange and red. I was so embarrassed, so I called them and told them very nicely it didn't look like my hair came out really well. I went back there and they agreed that my hair did not come out the way it was supposed to because it was so black. How in the world would I know that? They should have known that especially because they are hair experts. I thought they would fix it for free since it did not come out right. They charged me 55 more dollars to put another stupid color in my hair. When I arrived home my hair was back to normal. I lost my money and my time. I am very not happy!”
