Welcome to Holy City Parlor! An Art Deco mashup of Bekah’s Beauty Bar and Mandy’s Hair Studio! We have 22 combined years of experience behind the chair and love every day of it! We specialize in many textures and techniques and pride ourselves on the ability to customize the best color and cut that best fits each guests needs. We value the importance of education to keep up with the latest trends and techniques by attending classes and shows as often as we can!
