Ashley has been serving the Franklin area since 2019, with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Starting out she focussed primarily on event styling for video shoots, weddings, special events and more. After seven years she jumped into the full service world to explore deeper relationships with clients and to broaden her knowledge of hair. In late 2018 she stepped away from traditional salons to open her own boutique salon, Shear Artistry. Her hope was not only to provide a luxury experience for her guests but to also create a safe space for women to share their stories.
