Welcome to Cosmic Hair Society, located in River Oaks, Houston Texas. Created by co founders, Judith and Norma. Where we understand the importance hair makes in our lifestyle and confidence. We wanted to create a space, where everyone feels welcome, safe and feel the freedom to be creative with hair. Whatever you’re looking for, we want to make you feel confident, beautiful, comfortable and everything in between. We specialize in haircuts, color, blonding, balayage and livid in color, bleach outs and vivids. Certified with Kera/Rx and Brazilian Blowout.
