I established Hair By Mercer in 2009, in an effort to create a niche in my professional endeavors. I am passionate about my work. I pay meticulous attention to detail and believe active listening is crucial to effective communication and an enjoyable experience. My favorite part of doing hair is making someone feel good about themselves. I attend educational classes that showcase new techniques, products, and advice on what is relevant to the business of hair. I hold certifications in the Rezo cutting method, Hairskeen (non-surgical hair replacement) barbering, technical cutting, highlift blondes, balayage, lived in color, and creative color. I prefer consultation in-person prior to scheduling an appointment.
