ALL CDC AND STATE GUIDELINES BEING MET FOR COVID 19. KEEPING CLIENTS HAPPY SINCE 1989… Jessica has been a professional hairdresser for 30 years. Her early years were influenced directly by Paul Mitchell in the 1990’s. She was recruited to a Bellaire studio where some of her clients included the Channel 13 news anchors. Next she was recruited to a Rice Village studio for her expertise in highlights. During this time, she made many trips to New York, Las Vegas and Dallas furthering her specialized skills in styling and highlights / coloring. Now, Jessica’s Hair Studio is where “Rice Village Quality” meets “Willowbrook Affordability”. What separates Jessica from so many other hairdressers is her dedication to her clients.
