My name is Marel Valencia, and I am the woman behind the chair at NoRoots. After 10 years in this industry, I launched this salon to give myself the freedom I needed to best serve my clientele and to deliver something you simply can't find anywhere else. I strive to create a fun and revitalizing experience that puts some pep in your step and encourages you to embrace your stunning beauty. There is no better feeling than the moment your hairstylist turns your chair around to face the mirror and reveals a whole new you. That's my favorite part of my job! I love to see my clients' faces light up when everything they feel and desire on the inside is brought to the surface through my craft.
