Lux Salon Suites is community of professionals that operate their own businesses while sharing a common address. The building is new and beautiful. It is also environmentally friendly with the use of renewable (solar) energy, and care taken so that our air and water are managed using the highest ecological principles. Lux Salon Suites charges these professional a weekly rent that includes all of the large items that are needed to operate their businesses. This includes utilities, property taxes, common area maintenance, laundry area, second floor deck area, internet etc. It also includes things like hair stations, massage beds, treatment beds, sinks, salon chairs, shampoo chairs etc. The contract are week to week.
