Hello I am Stacey Palmer. I have over 30 years of experience In the hair and beauty industry. Previously I had been with a western Henrico County salon for over 20 years and in 2023 I decided to work full time from my home based studio just west of Ashland Virginia. I specialize in dimensional hair color, and detailed hair cutting and custom hair design.
