Capital Luxe was founded by its Owner & Operator, Joy Marsh. Capital Luxe recently opened their doors in early 2019 in Old Town Alexandria, VA. Joy, an educated and highly trained stylist, has worked with some of today's top stylists. Her work can be described as creative and edgy with a modern, feminine touch. With her keen sense of style and precision cutting techniques, she is able to not only meet, but also exceed each individual's needs and wants. She customizes style and color to enhance the natural features of each individual, fitting their lifestyle. Hair integrity is a top priority for Joy.
