Cancellation policy: You will receive an email or text message confirmation three days prior to your appointment. Should you need to cancel, we require 48 hours notice in order to fill the opening. After the first no show or failure to cancel during the 48 hour window, we will require a credit card on file. In the event that you no show or fail to call within the 48 hour window for a second time, your card will be charged 50% of the ticket price for that day. ​ Our hope is that you will LOVE your hair. Should you have any issues with your service, please let us know within ten days of your appointment.
