No Show/No Call Policy: Clients who are late, fail to show or cancel without 24 hrs notice may: Be charged 100% of scheduled services and asked to prepay. Be refused future services. Late Policy: Arriving 5+ minutes late may result in rescheduling or modified services. If you're running late, please call. We understand emergencies happen and may waive fees at our discretion.
