Monarch is a full service beauty salon suite located Downtown Vancouver run solely by me (Kenzie)! I am dedicated to my craft by providing high customer satisfaction, rendering excellet service, quality products and furnishing enjoyable atmosphere at an acceptable price/value relationship! Book now and let’s do some hair magic! I have a 24 hour cancellation policy which states if you are not able to make an appointment you need to get in contact 24hours in advance. If an appointment is rescheduled under 24 hours there will be a $25 fee charged, if an appointment is no called - no showed a charge of half the service price will be taken. Thank you!
