Horrible Customer Service
“Yesterday I went here to try and get some color put in my extremely black hair. I was unable to do so as my hair would not lift out the black. So my only other option was to re do the black and i had some spots I had missed by dying it myself. I sat down and the stylist Alyssa said Let me get you a price quote Umm i knew I was going to be paying alot as my hair is very long and thick... she said $115 with the hair cut. I sighed a little and said ok lets do it. She then went onto say well I dont want to pressure you I was extermely annoyed at this point I felt like she thought I didnt have the money... which is awful to assume. i said nope I want to so she mixed the color and did my hair which turned out alright i guess but when she was done I asked her to straighten my hair and she looked at me with like a crooked face and said i think that cost extra, ad WERE already spending $115 ummm no IM spending $115 to have the same color hair i walked in with.... this was TERRIBLE customer service. I hope one of the senior stlyists teaches her customer servive... i was planning on buying some products as well but i felt very disrespected. And I feel like you should try to upsell such as the hair straighting and ask about purchasing products.. but she was VERY unproffesional!! \n” -
