Debbie at Salon D’Elle is from Sturgeon Bay and received her cosmetology license in 2014 from The Paul Mitchell School in Green Bay, WI. Debbie has spent her career at a highly educated salon specializing in color and most sought after techniques., Debbie attended the Redken Exchange in NYC learning color techniques along with 8 years of monthly training from well know artists in WI. While recently branching out as an Independent Private Suite owner in Sturgeon Bay. She specializes in various coloring techniques always perfecting blond-ing, balayage, foiling, color melting and most popular women's haircuts and styles. Debbie's artistry also expands into Bridal Styling and makeup !
