  “I recently went into felicity salon to see Claudine Horne for my first time getting my hair colored and she did a FANTASTIC job!! She did a hair consultation and we chose an ombré hair style that would look best. She did a incredible job and it came out looking great, and I couldn't be happier with her services.
  
  She is flexible about appointments and extremely accommodating and easy to get in touch with. She is experienced and a well trained professional who truly cares about her clients and their satisfaction. She loves feedback and she goes out of her way to make sure you have has the best experience possible.
  
  She did a full weave of highlights, or my ombré hair ( I have lots of long thick hair so it was a lot of highlights and color!) for $105 and that is one of the best deals I have ever come across , as I called around to get an estimate from multiple salons in Encinitas and Cardiff for ombré hair and she offered to do it for the best price!
