  “After getting hair extensions for about 1 year there, things changed. Marie who is one of the staff there, is nice to talk to as long as she is doing your extensions(in other words-getting your money), but unfortunately she as well as the owner Clamance talk badly about customers that they are unhappy with once they woal out the door. Thier hair use to be beautiful. At the beginning I had natural hair, I always kept pieces that fell out, but this last time, they used simulated hair -it was not natural, did not listen to me when I said - Don't we put 2 diffeent hair colors in my hair for depth, Marie snapped - We only did that because my hair was in a shag type hair cut How stupid do they think a customer is. I had the hair that was just put in examined and it is fake hair -not natural like they say. Marie apparently is the only person who can cut the hair, so the last time, since Clamance put my extensions in and Maire was in one of her many Moods she cut my hair and what a chop job. I went back several days later - Maire was the only one in there and tried to talk with her about the hair- the cut and how unhappy I was. She finally came to the register as I proceeded to tell her how unhappy I was. She was almost done putting color in a clients hair, she could have taken 10 minutes and cut my hair correctly, but instead she said - well - I was here doing nothing this morning, but now I'm busy and I totally booked up for the next couple of days and then I'm off until Thursday. What customer service - Right?? I asked about their leave in conditioner - they had none at the time, and she told me they were not getting it any more, when asked what does she think I should use - she shrugged her shoulders and saidI don't know I paid $950.00 for extensions, you would think I would get better service. I went in a few days later and Clamance was in - The owner - I showed her the hatcet job and she was shocked and I told her about the hair and that it was not natural, it knotted and was horrble - she was alittle nicer and siad call first and come in alittle later. So if you want extensions, make sure you know what you're getting. Each time I went the extensions were a different price - they said it was because of how many packages of hair I used - I always used 6 packages - so I don't know why the amount changed from $800.00 to over $1,000.00 changed so much. Unfortunately I did not do alot of research as to how hair extensions should be put in, but it took Clamance 6 hours to put them in,but not only did she put to much hair together with one of my hair strands, so therefore, the hair extensions are falling out. So I guess you need to find a reputable place, that is honest with you, knows what they are doing and does not talk about people behind their backs just because they don't agree withthem. As far as coquettes is concerned I would not recommend them ever to anyone. They use to put extensons in the Bucs Cheerleaders hair, but I don't see them on her web site anymore. I wonder if they left also. I did find a great place that showed me exactly howit gets done. Coquettes claim they use the natural Keratine well so does everyone else. For a salon to have only one staff member to cut hair is horroble, especially when that person is a very young lady who lacks respect for anyone but herself. It's your hair and your money - make sure youare getting what you pay for, and make sure it's someone that has a passion for what they are doing. The only time I saw Marie smile was when she was talking to someone her age and talking about a good time she had or that she may be getting a modeling contract. The owner, Clamance, is a very nice person, but she does not know how to cut hair, she is exptremely slow and they have 2 TV's going at the same time as well as a radio. So she gets destracted because it takes a long time to take extensions out, and I can understand watching TV, but when you stop and pause through out a 6 hour period, it takes a long time. Extensions are not suppose hurt and are not suppose to feel heavy. Not only are these extensions painful (because she has too much hair in one clump), but they are heavy pulling my head back. Because they could not make time to try to help me and make me a happier client I had to go to another salon just to get my hair trimmed and made to feel lighter in weight. Thank goodness they knew what they were doing.”
