Mastercuts
don't think that service deserved any star
“I was in mastercuts for color and hi lites and cut the girl that did my hair apparentlydidn't know what she was doing I had dye all over my temples and forehead and ears she charged me too much and I didn't get the cut I wanted cause she kept saying she didn't think I would be happy with it if I'm paying for it I'm telling you this is what I want them I believe I should get it I said 88 dollars and was a very dissatisfied customer I will never go there again” -

“I have been looking for a stylist in the Dallas area since I moved here 3 years ago & finally I found Tobye! I was in Ann Taylor at the willow bend mall & my sales girl had the cutest short funky cropped hair & when I commented how much I loved it she said she has gone to Tobye for years & loves her. That same day I was in Costco & saw a woman with long thick hair like mine with the color I have been looking for. She had just come from Tobye! It was my sign!! Even though I had to wait three weeks to get on her schedule she did not disappoint! I absolutely LOVE my hair & Tobye is my new best friend!! Best kept secret in Plano no doubt !!” -

“I called to try to get an appointment and nicely asked how long they've been in business and where they went to school and the owner was rude and hung up on me. I called back to ask why I was hung up on and he told me that my questions were inappropriate. Asking basic questions must be against the law in their salon.”
